At SJC Custom Drums, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your stock equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your drums or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master builders inspect the returned items for original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
